Mike Romanski, a Certified Pedorthist under the Canadian Certified Pedorthists and Board of Certified Pedorthists, practices Pedorthics in the Foster's Shoes Regina location. Based on information from your doctor's prescription, Mike will assess your feet. The assessment will include checking for range of motion in the lower extremities, looking at fore-foot to rear-foot relationship, rear foot to lower leg relationship, any deformities in the lower extremities, and a video gait analysis. Once these steps are completed, a treatment plan is prepared and recommended for the client. A treatment plan may consist of custom orthotics, footwear and shoe modifications as applicable to each client's individual needs.
There are many different types of foot conditions that Mike sees his assessments, a few of which are plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, Sever's Disease, Calcaneal apophysitis, arthritic conditions, diabetic conditions, bunions, hammer toes, plantar flexed first metatarsal, and hyper-mobile first ray.

Assisting Mike in the Regina location with the making and dispensing of custom orthotics and shoe modifications is Jeanine Mann. Jeanine is newly certified as a Pedorthic Technician and works out of the Regina Foster’s Shoes location.
